The apartment has an outdoor area equipped with a table ideal for your breakfasts admiring the sunrises and for al fresco dining or to simply enjoy the sunset with a good glass of wine from this area.
In addition guests have at their disposal a spacious kitchen which has a French window facing directly the outside.
In addition to the convenience of the position, you can also take advantage of the parking, thus facilitating your moving around Tuscany. The apartment has one large entrance taking you directly into the large fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer and a large dining table in wood.
A large masonry arch divides the kitchen from the living room. In this second space you have at your disposal a sofa. Completing the room is a nice fireplace and TV. The sleeping area consist of a double with with en-suite bathroom with shower and 1 twin room (convertible into double if necessary). The apartment is completed by a spacious bathroom with shower.
The whole apartment develops on one level on the ground floor. The owners who live on the second floor will leave you to your privacy, but will be available to respond to any needs which may arise during your stay.
